(A) Island Line Rail Trail
A trail with views of Lake Champlain from Burlington to Colchester that crosses the lake on a 3-mile causeway.
(B) Samuel De Champlain
Samuel De Champlain was a French colonist who founded Quebec. Lake Champlain was named after this explorer as well as Champlain College.
(C) Perkins Pier
It is a marina and can accommodate small boats up to 26’ on our docks and boats up to 32’ on our moorings. There are unique urban stops on the Lake Champlain Paddler’s Trail with there are restrooms, a playground and parking. The paid lot year-round is $2.30 per hour or $8.30 for the Day (Sunrise to Sunset), and $10 for car and trailer. Burlington Parks Season Passes and Green Mountain Passes* are accepted.
(D) Champlain Chocolate

(F) Decker Towers
It's no Burj Khalifa but at 124 feet tall, this is Burlington's and Vermont's tallest building. It is the shortest building out of all 50 U.S. States tallest buildings.
(G) Flying Monkey Sculptures
Lake Champlain has 6 different sculptures around of flying monkeys on two different buildings. They are constructed of steel, made by a man named Steve Larrabee in the 1970s. They can be found at the Main Street Landing building.
(H) University Mall
University Mall, aka. U-Mall, is the largest shopping mall in Vermont at 610,693 square feet, which includes over 70 shops and restaurants. The name comes from the close proximity to the Vermont’s State College, University of Vermont (UVM)
(I) Waterfront Park
A place for music festivals, dog walks, and watching the sunset, the waterfront park, 900 feet of lakeshore, located on the Champlain shoreline, is for anyone to enjoy.
